Our shipping containers are one trip units (practically brand spanking new!). So are clean, dry, secure and well ventilated.

FAQ
Q. How can I access my container?
A. Our facility is open each weekday between 7:30AM and 4:30PM and 8am - 1pm Saturdays. Access outside these times can me made by appointment.

Q. How much space do I need?
A. On average, a 20ft container will have enough space to store the contents of a 3 bedroom house. They internally have 1,172 cubic feet/ 150 square feet - that's 325 moving boxes!
Calculations based on 18" x 18" x 18" moving boxes.
Q. Can you provide padlocks?
A. Yes! Our standard price does not include the supply of padlocks. Various styles of padlocks can be purchased from Baskervilles hardware store on the same site.
Q. How secure are your units?
A. All of our containers are constructed from Corten ‘A’ Steel and protected by an integral lockbox. There’s also 24hr CCTV.

Q. Can I use the forklift?
A. A member of our team can unload a palleted item from your vehicle using a forklift and place it inside, at the front of the container. It will be charged at £2 + vat per lift. If you need frequent use of the forklift this will be charged at £25 + vat per month.

Q. Is there a minimum hire period?
A. The minimum term is only one month, after that it’s pay as you go. We ask for at least one months notice from the agreed payment date.
Q. When do I pay?
A. We ask that payment is made on the first of each month, we’ll issue an invoice for your records at the start of the month.
Q. How do I pay?
A. The easiest way is by Direct Debit. Helping make sure you don't miss payments.
Q. Are your units weatherproof and dry?
A. Yes. Our steel units are secured against all weather conditions and have quality vents to avoid condensation. ​
Q. Do you provide insurance?
A. To provide such low-cost storage, insurance is not included in the price. Many 3rd party insurers can provide quotes.
